SUGGESTED OPTIONS
OPTION 1. Two 45 minute presentations
EXAMPLE: (First, Second, and Third grade students) 8:15-9:00
(Fourth and Fifth Grade students) 9:15-10:00
FEE: $400.00
Note: Any combination of grade levels
OPTION 2. Three 30 minute presentations
EXAMPLE: (First, Second grade students) 8:15-8:45
(Third grade students) 9:00-9:30
(Fourth and fifth grade students) 9:45-10:15
FEE: $400.00

*If desired, presentations are appropriate for large groups, preferably held in Media Centers or Cafeterias. Times here are estimates/suggestions. We can adjust schedules/times/grade levels. We are happy to accommodate.
Typical Author Visit Schedule (Sample)
-Arrive ~8:00am (in order to allow time for set-up)
-Meet w/ IT Tech, Librarian, Teacher and/or other person in charge
of coordinating "Author Visit" and operation of audio and video equipment
in the presentation room: library, cafeteria, classroom, etc.
Visit our Classroom Materials page to select which book you would like
incorporated into our presentations and for educational activities suggested
for students in the classroom. We can tailor time and particular book presentation
preferences to meet specific needs. Please don't hesitate to ask!
Luke's appearance is optional and often requested. He comes out for the
question/answer segment to surprise the children! Please speak with Susan
Beattie for more information on making your presentation extra special with
Luke as a guest!

Book Sales
A parent letter is below for a pre-sale discount. I encourage teachers to send
this letter home one week prior to the author visit. Books will only be sold at
the discounted price prior to the authors visit and day of the visit. Books
are available (after the author’s visit) at www.LukesStory.com at regular
price and will be shipped directly to the students.

Only pre-ordered books will be autographed and delivered to the classrooms
approximately 2 weeks following the date of the presentation.
